Kate provided exceptional service as usual taking care to ensure my glasses fitted well.

One word - excellent!

I had my eye examination with Jess. She is always so patient and kind, and very thorough. A very good experience. Choosing my glasses with the woman who was going on maternity leave was a great experience. Sorry I can’t remember her name. She was such a help and offered really good advice. Kate was delightful. She fitted me with my new glasses and again it was a very good experience. Thank you to you all.

I was having problems with my vision on a Saturday and was immediately given a same day emergency appointment with their optometrist. She was marvellous. Efficient, clear and friendly. She diagnosed a retinal tear and referred me to the RUH who then treated me on the Monday. There was excellent follow up and communication. Interestingly the eye doctor said that the optometrist had done very well to pick up the retinal damage. Many people would have missed it. All in all outstanding service. I am very grateful.

Very good indeed. Lovely atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff. Everything was bright and clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend their service.

Two referrals for two cataract ops (two eyes!) NHS, two appointments months apart to remove one lens in glasses to accommodate the new eye, two appointments to get eyes tested for each new prescription, two appointments separately to have the new lenses fitted in my glasses. New woman! I’m on the Care Schemes that Kathryn Anthony offer. SO HELPFUL and accommodating. Everyone I’ve met is super good. Thank you.

Kathryn Anthony have been my opticians since 2008 when I moved to Bath. Not only are the staff friendly, charming and efficient but last year when I needed 'calming down' because I had a stye and also was scheduled for two cataract operations at the RUH, Jessica was most reassuring and I left the shop feeling happier. At the moment Donovan has helped me with new glasses as I still have problems with the light and Jesus has written to my doctor suggesting some different tests. I feel so much better having spoken to these members of staff.

Had my routine eye test and performed very professionally by Jessica. Who listened and responded to my requests about needing to see fine sutures at work. Then Kate was equally professional and supportive when sorting out my glasses frames. Excellent opticians and highly recommend them and have done so to a work colleague.
