The KA Care Plan has been designed to offer our patients the very highest standard of eyecare in a simple, cost-effective monthly package.
We understand that for some patients, their sight can change sporadically and awaiting a scheduled eye examination that may be several months in the future is not ideal. As a KA Care Plan member, you are entitled to FREE eye examinations when deemed clinically necessary by our optometrist, providing you with access to our state of the art eyecare services to ensure your prescription is always optimised.

In addition, the KA Care Plan members are given FREE 1-to-1 telephone consultations with our dedicated optometrists to discuss any concerns you may have with your vision. This service has proved particularly popular, allowing patients to quickly self-manage treatments or receive professional advice without needing to travel into Bath. Should your enquiry not be possible to resolve over the phone, we will then arrange a FREE in-person consultation, also covered as part of your membership.
As well as the health benefits offered, KA Care Plan members also receive fantastic discounts on eyewear. This includes 10% OFF complete pairs of glasses (includes all frames and lens types) as well as 50% OFF a second pair of glasses** purchased on the same day (applicable to the lowest-priced pair).

The KA Contact Lens Plan has been designed to offer our patients a simple, cost-effective monthly package for those who wear both prescription glasses and contact lenses.
We understand that for some patients, switching between glasses and contact lenses can be both challenging and expensive. As a KA Contact Lens Plan member, you are entitled to FREE contact lens checks as well as FREE eye examinations (when deemed clinically necessary by our optometrist). As a member, you not only gain on-going access to our state of the art eyecare services, you also receive fantastic discounts including 15% OFF contact lenses and solutions and 15% OFF complete pairs of glasses (includes all frames and lens types).

To support our environmental REFILL NOT LANDFILL scheme, we offer all KA clients FREE lens cleaner refills in-store. Simply drop-in to our Pierrepont Street shop with your KA lens cleaner bottle and ask at reception to use our complimentary dispenser.
